Who we are

The guiding principle of everything we do -- in the product, and outside at Driversnote as a workplace -- is ease and peace. We strive to strike a good balance between result oriented work and personal life. Driversnote wants to be a place where you want to come in to work, so instead of counting hours, we look at the outcome.

How we work

We use the Shape Up model of 8 week cycles divided into a 6 week build phase and a 2 week cooldown. We always want to improve, so we’ll never say that the product is perfect the way it is but that requires work and understanding our customers. So we minimize our meetings, and talk to the people who use Driversnote.

We strive to keep learning and offer an office library with our favorite books as well as an individual yearly learning allowance of 12,000 kr.

Everybody needs energy before they take on new quests. We get together in our canteen to share a hot, cold, vegetarian, and meaty lunch daily.

Our day-to-day language is English as we have team members from all over the world; from Amager to Adelaide, and Toronto to Thessaloniki.
